Is spyware on your PC?

Do you surf the internet?

Chances are that you will have spyware or adware on your PC.

Whenever you surf the internet there is a chance that spyware or adware will find its way onto your PC.

There are cookies - which are relatively safe, but there are also Trojans and Dialers and Worms and these are things you do not want on your system.

When you surf the internet the spyware can track where you go and what you look at, it can collect this information and sell it without your consent.

The truth is that very few computers, actually 10 per cent or less are safe from spyware and most falls into the 90% that are infested in some way.

You can end up with unwanted toolbars in your browser and unwanted icons on you desktop or in you Internet favorites.

Your default homepage can be hijacked and setting changed.

Programs install themselves and slow down your PC by taking valuable resources and vast amounts of hard drive space, the worst part is some of it you will need professional help to get rid of.
